The material of the product and care instructions are stated in the product description section on the product page.

Please note that all our products are handmade. Products are crafted one at a time, therefore, it is very rare to create identical items. There may be variations that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products.

Some products are designed to have a clear, transparent surface and some are designed to have “bubbles” on the surface of the acrylic. Therefore, the appearance of bubble on the acrylic surface doesn’t always mean that the product is defected. This will be stated in the product description section on the product page.
SERVICE & REPAIR

We offer free repair for findings (earring stud, earring clutch, etc) with no time limit; it is a lifetime service for our customers. Customer is only responsible for shipping the product that needed to be repaired to our studio and is responsible to pay for the shipping fees. Customer will not need to pay for shipping fee if the service or repair is required within 1 month from the purchase date. Contact us to request service & repair

We cannot repair any damage occurred to the acrylic, therefore, we really encourage customers to take a good care of the product and handle it very carefully. If the product is broken and is unable to be used anymore, we would gladly accept it back for it to be recycled. However, we cannot offer any refund or exchange for damaged product.

We are not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. Products become the responsibility of the carrier once it is shipped. However, if you have any issues regarding product condition caused by shipping, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
SHIPPING

We ship to both domestic (Indonesia) and international regions. Domestic shipping is fulfilled by JNE and the shipping charges will be calculated automatically during the checkout process. International orders cannot be placed through our website as our website currently accepts domestic orders only. If you need the product to be shipped overseas, please contact us.

Your order will be shipped in 1 x 24 hours after your payment is confirmed. Please note that this term may vary for products that need to be pre-ordered or customized products. You will receive a notification email with the tracking number once your order is shipped.

We only accept offline payment at the moment via bank transfer to BCA bank account. You will receive the payment instruction along with the order confirmation email.

PRE-ORDERS

Full payment is required for pre-ordered products

Pre-ordered products are estimated to take 14 business days of production and the production will start in 1 x 24 hours after payment is confirmed

We will send a notification via email if there is any delay in the production process
RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Products purchased cannot be returned or exchanged

If you receive a damaged or defected product, kindly report to us within 7 days after the product is arrived at your door. We will resolve this circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

If the event is valid for return or exchange, customer must ship the product back to our studio in its complete original packaging. Failing to meet this condition, the product will not be qualified for return or exchange.
